Within the ASCOPE Organization the Head of the National Oil Company in each Member Country serves as a Council Member. The ASCOPE Council is the highest authority within the Organization. The ASCOPE Council Members meet annually around October/November to review the past year s activities, to recommend future course of actions, to review and approve the ASCOPE s Annual Work Program and Budget. The Venue and the Chairmanship of the ASCOPE Council Meeting is rotated alphabetically among ASCOPE Member Countries, subject to ASCOPE Member s ability to host. The ASCOPE Council Member of the Host Country acts as the Chairman of the Meeting.
























Country Coordinators represent each ASCOPE member country, acting as national focal points to coordinate communications, align national priorities, and support active participation in ASCOPE regional programs and initiatives.




















Specialized task forces led by industry experts to address key challenges and opportunities in the ASEAN energy sector, with dedicated chairpersons guiding each initiative.








ASCOPE Task Forces are established by the Council to address specific technical and strategic challenges in the ASEAN energy sector. Each Task Force is led by a Chairperson appointed from member companies, bringing specialized expertise and regional perspectives.
Chairpersons serve renewable terms and are responsible for guiding task force activities, coordinating with member countries, and presenting recommendations to the ASCOPE Council for endorsement and implementation.
Streams represent ASCOPEs thematic coordination framework, designed to facilitate focused collaboration, knowledge sharing and strategic initiatives among member companies across key areas of the oil and gas value chain.
